The brief was to return Bluewater
to its industry dominating position, reflecting its role as a frame of reference, in order to attract leading UK and international brands.

Having achieved the clients we now have to keep it there.

The approach focuses on celebrating Bluewater's successes and taking a position as an industry commentator and barometer.

In addition, the Lend Lease and Bluewater team have been positioned as spokespeople on a wide variety of industry-related subjects.

Results

Bluewater is once again dominating the property media, with stories ranging from new signings, latest store concepts and a wide variety of features.

Particular highlights include a number
of features coinciding with Bluewater's tenth anniversary, and key news hits delivered in partnership with new brands.

The ROI is 18, in terms of PR value of the coverage generated versus the retainer fee.
