a way of describing Bluewater that clearly differentiated it from its peers and competitors - Europe's leading retail and leisure destination - we devised and implemented a three-year communications strategy.

From community relations, to leasing support, to the consumer launch, everything was brand-led.

The best resources were identified, appointed and most importantly, managed, to deliver results that
set Bluewater apart.

Retaj

Manama Lagoon is a mixed-use waterfront development in the diplomatic area of Bahrain. The US$2 billion project will be a state-of-the-art destination and is set to become the 'gateway to Bahrain'.

Klein O'Rorke was appointed as the out-sourced marketing department, with Jeff Klein once again taking the role of consultant marketing director.

Having developed the marketing strategy, we focused on delivering and implementing a number of first-stage tools, such as a US$4 million marketing suite and leasing collateral. We led the overall development of the brand positioning, concluding with our appointment of an international branding agency.

Whitecity

Nigel Hugil and Robin Butler, formerly of Chelsfield, appointed Jeff Klein as consultant marketing director with responsibility for what was known at
the time as 'Whitecity'.

Prior to Westfield's acquisition of Whitecity, we spent 12 months as the out-sourced marketing team, defining the brand, planning the communication strategy, agreeing the budgets, and implementing the first phase of activity.
